Outside EU VAT treaty:
When you visit the webshop from a country which is no part of the EU VAT treaty, the shown prices are excluding VAT.
Ventum ships your order using incoterm 2020 -DAP (Duties At Place).
This means that your order is delivered to your door but upon delivery you may be charged import/VAT duties when applicable.
You can call your national customs to know what to expect using HS 95062900 for the products.

Living outside EU but delivery to an address inside the EU:
When we ship to an address inside the EU VAT treaty there will always be VAT added to the price!
Once you provide the legal export papers we can refund your VAT.
The export is to be arranged in the country where you leave the EU.
On most airports you can simply show a commercial invoice and goods to get an official stamp on the invoice.
Never the less, Ventum is not responsible or liable if you dont manage to get the paperwork done.
Its your responsibility to check and provide potential additional paperwork you may need next to the commercial invoice.

My order will have the destination-country of Switzerland. As I see it the VAT of like 21% is already included. OR am I wrong? But Switzerland is not in the EU zone and not in the treaty. What normally happens with orders from EU to Switzerland is, the VAT is not inlucluded, and than we pay lateron to the swiss authorities or the carrier which handles the shippment. Or: Alternatively the customer itself gets it in the EU-zone with paying EU VAT an while importing to Switzerland the customer handles the paperwork of the shipping himself, pays the 7% tax while passing the boarder. But then gets the 21% back from the seller. For this, yellow exporting documents are handed out to the customers for handling it easy. How should we best proceed here? Best regards, Fabian Jucker

The webshop recognizes your location and adjusts the prices accordingly.
When you are in Switzerland, the shown prices should be excluding VAT.
There are 2 possible reasons why you see prices including VAT:
1 – You are using a VPN acting as if you are in a country inside the EU VAT treaty.
2 – You check the webshop from a country inside the EU VAT treaty.
I have adjusted the FAQ, you can click the link to know if you see prices including or excluding VAT.
When you ship inside the EU VAT treaty area the prices will automatically include VAT. In the country where you leave this zone you need to get the customs stamp on the invoice to get VAT refunded. If you require different documents for this, please provide the documents you need Ventum to fill out.

Thats a good one, I will create a new product for checking which is not affected by discounts so the check is always 100% correct.
