24 months warranty policy

1. Ventum offers a 24 months warranty period from the date of delivery, as long as it is owned byt the original purchaser.
2. Material damage from misuse or any other impact related damage are not covered under this warranty.
3. Excluded from coverage under the warranty are the following:
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
Damage caused by improper mounting or adjustment of hardware.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
Damage caused from crashes/slams.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by use of solvents, adhesives, glue.
Damage caused by use of non-Ventum hardware for mounting pads/straps/handles/Fins
Damage to Ventum products caused by non-Ventum products.
Any and all claims for consequential or incidental damage.
5. All coverage under this warranty is void if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product that is not specifically authorized in writing by Ventum.
6. Boards warranty is void when using boots.
7. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
8. Repaired or replaced items will always be subject to factual product availability.
9. Ventum will always try to match colors and styles; however, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same looking product back in exchange.
10. This warranty only applies to products bought directly from Ventum Kiteboarding or an authorized Ventm dealer. Secondhand purchases, or ebay purchases (and the like) are not covered under warranty, even if the products were listed as “new” or appear to be sold via a shop through such peer-to-peer platform.
11. If a product is found to be defective by Ventum, in its sole discretion, Ventum’s only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective product.
12. Ventum will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of product.
13. This warranty is subject to the described limitations in addition to any imposed by virtue of applicable law.
14. There are no deviating verbal warranty conditions to Ventum products.
